This beautiful beach residence for vacation rentals has 344 sq.ft and a pool. It is located 5 miles from Tamarindo, in a 4,500 acre luxury beach resort and gated residential community located in the Guanacaste province in northwest Costa Rica.
Six beautiful beaches compose the three miles of shoreline within the complex.
Playa Langosta and Playa Avellanas are two of the beautiful white sand beaches, perfect for surfing, snorkeling or kayaking.
The house has a beautiful kitchen, but you can also dine at the beach club with its fine cuisine restaurants. There is an excelent place for shopping all kinds of groceries called “Automercado” in Tamarindo. The rent doesn´t include the maids service, but it can be provided by the property management people (5 hours of maid service is $30). The property management people will meet you at the entrance of Hacienda Pinilla and will show you the way to the house and show you the house at your arrival.
