This is an outback property with a lot of potential. The main river "Sierpe" and the different tributaries and canals make the area a world class fishing destination also bird watching and general nature tourism.
Starting at the Rio Sierpe the land is made up of many acres of natural river delta that houses several different spices of birds and animals of all kinds from sloth's, monkeys, caymen and jaguars.

Access is trough the Rio Sierpe and a lso from the public road above at Los Mogos but quadra cycle only at the moment.
