The Story: 160 hectares of Rainforest in the South Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica. Developed 25 years ago by 2 French friends and has grown with beautiful ornamental plants, and palm trees as well as infrastructure in place, gravel roads, electricity, and out of the indigenous zone, out of ZMT Maritime Zone, out of every disputed area.
The neighborhood/community consists of 160 hectares with today approximately 50 owners of different origins and nationalities. There is a 20-hectare nature reserve in the middle which remains untouched and protected. The owners' association owns the streets and the nature reserve. Each owner pays $250 per year for road maintenance & gate.
Enchanted Jungle has 40 hectares in total, 10 for conservation purposes, 10 for retreat projects and common areas, and 20 hectares for big lots to be sold to like-minded people, families & nature lovers. The minimum size of each lot is 5,000 m2 or 1.25 acres.
