We had quite possibly the best vacation of our life when we visited Costa Rica. This vacation rental is truly a 5 star retreat. If you value privacy, views, and comfort then this place is a must stay! The property manager was extremely accommodating and provided us with fantastic suggestions on restaurants, hang out spots and even set us up with surf lessons. Built in 2011, featuring a blend of tropical design and Asian characteristics, the indoor-outdoor living is highlighted by sliding glass doors which entirely disappear into the walls providing uninterrupted access to and from the pool area. Indoors will feel like outdoors accenting the Costa Rica beauty evident in every direction. Whether taking in the beautiful ocean blue or majestic jungle covered mountain range, the views are endless and breathtaking. And there is no shortage of wildlife due to the close proximity of the jungle below the home which is continuous to the area’s most beautiful river gorge. Many swimming holes and waterfalls are within short walking distance.
The living area is accented by a gas fireplace that can certainly be enjoyed many times a year. There is a small patio adjacent to the pool and jungle that is ideal for private sunbathing, stargazing and yoga. There are two bedrooms, each with private baths. The master has an outdoor shower and indoor Jacuzzi. A/C is available in the bedrooms but not necessary as there is always refreshing breezes flowing through the casita during the day.
The kitchen is elegantly decorated with premier appliances throughout and custom cabinetry highlighting the subtle Asian influenced design. Throughout the home you will also find beautiful polished concrete floors and handsome accents to cabinetry and furniture. The pool can be run as a saltwater or a chlorinated system for flexibility in maintenance and it features iridescent stones along the bench and steps to enter the pool.
The feel of luxury greets you from the moment you start your day with a fresh cup of coffee on the private patio, enjoy a refreshing swim in the sparkling pool, or dining outside underneath the covered patio gazing at the ocean, sunset colors, spectacular mountain tops and eventual stars at night.
