Getting to the property:
A) The easiest way is to drive from San Jose to Puntarenas (approximately 100 kms or 2 hours drive). In Puntarenas take the ferry to Paquera or Playa Naranjo (approximately 1 hour). Both are approximately the same distance from the property:

- SJ- PUNTARENAS 100 KM (2 hours drive)
- PROPERTY- PAQUERA 12 KM (15 minutes)
- PAQUERA -TAMBOR 20KM (25 minutes)
- PROPERTY TO TAMBOR 32KM (40 minutes)
It is important to consider that the property includes a Bayliner boat so ferry from Puntarenas is not a must. From Puntarenas Yatch Club to the property, by boat, is approximately 20 minutes.
B) The other alternative is to fly from San Jose to Tambor (30 minutes). From Tambor to the property, you can either drive (another 40 minutes) or take the boat (25-30 minutes).
About the property borders and utilities:
Property borders: There are 3 neighbors in the property (1 in the back and 2 more, one on each side).
Water and electric: The property has Municipal water and electric. It also has own water wells supplying year round and own electric generator back up.
Phone: Cellular phones have excellent reception in the property in both actual technologies available in Costa Rica: GSM and TDMA. The owner will install a telephone line (land line) in the property if the buyer is interested. He is willing to leave some money in escrow until he completes the installation (approximately month). Internet: Available. There are several ways to have Internet in the property:
- With the land telephone line you can have dial up connection.
- Connecting a computer to your GSM cellular phone can provide Internet access by GPRS (this service has no cost in Costa Rica).
- Satellite Internet.
- RDSI phone lines may be available soon.
TV: Satellite TV is in the property with DirectTV.
